Draw the pumpkin
- 6 steps
Easy Thanksgiving drawings for kids, step by step, with free step sheets to print. They fit at the kids' table while dinner cooks or in a class the week before the holiday.
Teachers: a turkey drawn one step at a time on the board fills 20 to 30 minutes and ends in a bulletin board full of turkeys that all look a little different. The directed drawing page explains how to run one.

Have your child spread their fingers on a sheet of paper and trace around the hand. The thumb becomes the turkey's head and the fingers become the feathers. Add an eye, a beak, a wattle and two legs, then color each feather a different color.
A turkey, a pumpkin, a pie, fall leaves or a table with everyone sitting around it. Leaves are a good start for the youngest kids: an oval with a line down the middle.
